We use your information solely to create and manage task assignments on our private systems (such as Google Calendar or Google Tasks). If you provide an email address, we may send a confirmation copy of your submission.
Task submissions are stored only as long as necessary to manage and complete the assignment. Event details remain in the private calendar or task system until manually removed.
We do not sell or trade your personal information. Your submission is not shared with third parties except as required to operate our task system (for example, Google Calendar/Tasks APIs).
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including spam filters, hidden honeypot fields, and optional CAPTCHA to protect your data against unauthorized access.
You may choose not to provide an email address. If you would like a task removed from our system, please contact us using the email below.
